At Hammersmith, we stand behind the quality of our premium home goods and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Hammersmith account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
